54th AGM and Conference

Held under the theme “Engineering a Resilient Future: Innovative Solutions for a Sustainable Ghana”, the 54th Annual General Meeting (AGM) and Conference took place from the 18th to the 23rd of March 2024 at the Fiesta Royal Hotel in Accra. The special guest of honour was Hon. Sam Okudzeto, a member of the Council of State. The event began with the launch of WinE’s 25th Anniversary. The opening ceremony the next day featured dignitaries from Liberia, Nigeria, and other West African countries. Attendees were treated to insightful presentations and discussions throughout the event.

On the 21st of March, the AGM was successfully held at the Engineering Center, culminating in the closing Banquet and Engineering Excellence Awards later that evening. The programme concluded with field trips to MC Bau – Chemie Ghana Limited, Cenpower Generation Co. Ltd, Fabrimetal, and the Cocoa Processing Company.
