Members of the Institution on Thursday 30th August, 2019 at 5:30pm gathered for a well-attended evening lecture on issues pertaining to the construction of the Pokuase Interchange and local roads by the Resident Engineer, Ing. Kwabena Bempong, Chairman of the Membership Committee.

He outlined the various interchange schemes that were evaluated in terms of traffic volumes, Level of Service, Land take, Economic Analysis and Cost.  He presented real life scenarios and some of the thinking that led to various decisions as construction commenced and progressed in order to ensure sound construction for the preservation of life and property.

Among the over 120 attendees were the President of the Institution, Ing. Alex Leslie Ayeh and several Past Presidents.
